AN INVITATION

Welcome, it's wonderful to have you here.

 

My invitation is simple. It is purely an offering, for you to accept as you wish. 

​

Come as you are, from near and far, come and sit with me for awhile.

​

We all have a story. And I'd love to hear as much of yours as you're willing to share. This offering began with my own personal journey of giving a voice to my experiences and emotions through intuitive creative expression. And I've learned firsthand the tremendous power of doing so, and the profound healing of slowing down and allowing yourself to be held in nature, which in turn inspired me to connect with others in this way.

So come, allow yourself to breathe, to sink your hands into the earth beneath your feet, your toes into the soil, the sand, the grass, whichever feels right for you. Feel the warmth of the fire upon your face, the silken water caress your skin, the mud squish between your toes, the rain cascade upon your brow and the light dance upon your being .

Wherever and whichever landscape resonates with you to allow yourself to be YOU, and to surrender to the flow, where you feel you can truly release and simply BE. The choice is endless. Bringing in meaningful rituals, of fire, music, movement, sharing stories and inspiration, this is YOUR time to speak your truth and allow yourself to be heard.
